Email Server

Answers to Common Support Email Questions
Q. Do I need to change any settings?
A. No, all settings should remain the same and mail should work fine.

Q. My mail program says it can't connect to the server. Is it down?
A. No, the mail server is up, but depending on your version of Windows or how your ISP is configured, you may not be seeing the "new settings". To fix this, do the following:
1. Click on Start
2. Click on Run
3. Type in cmd (or command if running Windows 95/98/Me)
4. Click OK
5. Type in the following followed by return: ipconfig /release (ipconfig /release_all if running Windows 95/98/Me)
6. Type in the following followed by return: ipconfig /renew (ipconfig /renew_all if running Windows 95/98/Me)

Q. I tried the above and still can't connect. What else can I do?
A. Change your incoming mail server to mail.intwebsol.com if it's set to something else. Your username and password remain the same.

Q. I'm still having issues. What should I do? A. Please contact us and an IT support person will walk you through the setup.
